Delicious, rich fish soup.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Tuna

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    2 pinch

First make the broth. For him, we need fish head, fins and tail.

Add to the pot the fish, add the peeled carrots and garlic cloves, cover with water and cook for 50 minutes. Then strain the broth.

Onions and carrots cut into small cubes, fry in oil until slightly Golden.

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and add to broth.
