Chicken nuggets
I looked here at the Maggi chicken nuggets and so I wanted this bad yummy. But when I do it myself, knowing what, then it's not so bad!!! Kids really like this dish, and men, I think, too will not refuse to eat delicious chicken pieces. Treat your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

For a start, we will cut chicken fillet in small pieces

This step you can skip, if you prepare an urgent need. But, if You're not in a hurry, so it will be juicier! In kefir (yogurt), add a little salt and soak the fillets in it for 30-40 minutes. This time I added herbs, but next time will do without it.

Prepare the breading. Mix flour, breadcrumbs, curry, turmeric for color, pepper, salt. To this mixture, You can add Your favorite seasonings to your liking.

Whisk the egg.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take chicken pieces, dip in egg, then in breadcrumbs and lay out on a baking sheet. If You have a baking sheet with non-stick coating, then lay baking paper it is not necessary - will not stick. And if not, then it is better to err! Put into the oven for 25 minutes. Guided by its: all ovens work differently.

Prepare the sauce: finely chop the pickled cucumber and mix with mayonnaise. Can be served!!!
