Cheese grind in a blender or RUB on a small grater.

Cottage cheese with milk punch in bleder. If You have a higher fat content cottage cheese, add less liquid. I'm 12% in, I added 35 ml.

To the cream cheese add the soy sauce, cheese, pea and wheat flour, baking powder, bran, nutmeg and herbs (I dried dill and mint, add 1 tsp).

Knead the dough. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
