The pork dumplings and potatoes in a thin pastry

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1000 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pork

    1000 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Basil

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

The flour, water and vegetable oil to knead dough

The dough should be elastic. after kneaded. sent to relax for an hour
