Salad
A wonderful salad with the known ingredients, but for me personally, dressing.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Lettuce

    100 g

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Narsharab

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant cut into washers with a thickness of 2-3 cm, sprinkle with salt, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse. Many miss this step.

Sweet peppers whole or halved bake in the oven...

... to black-tan, immediately put into the package, tighten and leave to sweat in solitude for about 10 minutes.

Eggplant fry.

Onion cut into rings or half rings and marinate in a mixture of water, vinegar and sugar.

For dressing mix olive oil, Narsharab, soy sauce, chopped garlic, lemon juice, add a pinch of ground coriander.

The cooled pepper remove skin, flesh cut into strips.

On a dish lay out lettuce leaves.

Then eggplant, pressed onions and strips of bell pepper, tomato, cut into segments, season with pepper and, if necessary, with salt, pour with the dressing.
