Pumpkin stew with lentils
Lean, but tasty and thick soup. Bright orange color is uplifting. Especially good with black Borodino bread.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    120 g

  • Carrots

    120 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Water

    600 ml

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

  • Spices

  • Greens

Onion and garlic finely chop and spasserovat olive oil in a deep saucepan.

Pumpkin and carrots cut into strips or grate on a grater and add to the skillet with onion and garlic. Fry gently for another 7 minutes, then add the water.
