Meat muffins
Delicious hot appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ketchup

Cooking

In forcemeat add salt, pepper, chopped herbs, grated on a grater onions and garlic.

Mix well.

Make the dough, it should look watery. Mix eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, a little salt, flour and water.

Mix thoroughly.

Molds lubricated with oil, fill half the stuffing, do the deepening.

Pour the dough. On the small mold 2 tbsp of dough, for a large 3-4 tbsp of dough.

Tins with the muffins, put in a cold oven. Bake in the oven 15-25 minutes (depending on size of ramekins), at T=200 degrees.
