Mayonnaise cheese and tomato
Quite simple preparation technology, and the result is a refined mayonnaise with tomato notes. Sauce mayonnaise became one of the three main international condiments: mustard (France), mayonnaise (Mahon, France), ketchup (created by the chefs of the British fleet).

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Salt

If the cheese grainy, like I have, then RUB it through a sieve (the cheese is homemade). If the cheese is creamy, skip this step.

For longer storage, you can make a sauce of boiled egg yolk, if the sauce is quickly used up - take raw egg yolk! Boiled grind the yolks, add the cheese and milk.

Mix cottage cheese (blender or mixer), slowly pour in oil, not in a hurry! If it is wrong to add oil, it can flake off. Add the lemon juice and salt.

It already has a ready-made mayonnaise, now add tomato paste (or ketchup). The consistency is like regular mayonnaise, only the color pink ))).
