Sour cream
I made this surprisingly tender cake specially for her husband to the 23rd of February. You also make a nice and tasty gift for a loved one - I think he will be pleased!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Beat the eggs and sugar

Melt the butter on a steam bath and add to the scrambled eggs

Add sour cream, soda, vanilla and flour. All mix well. The batter should be like thick cream.

Divide the dough into two parts. Dough leave for 15 minutes to stand up before you bake cakes. Protiven grease with vegetable oil and a little sprinkle with flour. Bake a light cake. Cool.

To bake a chocolate cake. Cool.

Make sour cream: 0.5 liters of sour cream and 1.5 tbsp. sugar. A good beat with a mixer until the consistency of cream.

Liberally spread the cakes with cream and leave to soak (cakes not to join in the cake).

Connect cakes and coat the whole cake with cream. Leave to soak and you are ready... to enjoy the tenderness of the cake.
