Custard with peaches and nuts
Delicate custard with peaches and nuts will be a great final chord of the festive feast, and a quiet family lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Corn flour

    40 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Pine nuts

    30 g

Cooking

Beat the eggs with the icing sugar and vanilla. Still whisking, gradually adding the sifted corn flour.

The cream to heat, but to boil not to bring.

To the cream add the egg-flour mixture and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick.

For me, the process took only 6 minutes.

To turn on the oven, set the temperature to 200*. Peaches cut into small pieces.

In each spread a bit of peach, custard on top. (a couple of tablespoons)

Put in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove from oven molds with the cream, sprinkle with nuts (I have pine nuts) and bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve dessert hot or cold. Instead of peaches you can use any fruit (even canned): apricots, pineapple, delicious pears...
