Chocolate cupcakes
A simple recipe for delicious chocolate cupcakes from Gemma. For chocolate lovers baking.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Sugar

    185 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    75 g

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    212.5 ml

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1.5 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    270 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    90 g

Mix the dry ingredients: sifted. flour + sugar + cocoa + soda (not extinguish) + salt + chopped chocolate ( ideally chocolate chips). Just stir with a whisk.

Separately: cold coffee (I have 1 tsp instant coffee 0.5 cups of water) + vegetable oil (odorless) + yogurt + eggs ( large 1.5 small 2 PCs.). Also stir with a whisk.

Pour the dry ingredients into the liquid. It turns out the batter.

Here's my silicone molds (no spec. of the pan), put each in a paper mold and poured the batter (the third mold). Pour the batter from a Cup easier with the notch. Ideally, you should get 12 muffins (I got 16).

Put into the oven for 24 minutes at 160 degrees (if the oven is electric). Or 35 minutes at 180C, if gas. Here are the cupcakes turned out.

Prepare the cream: Whisk 150g plums. oil for 5 minutes Add parts 270g powdered sugar, beat again. Add 2 tbsp of cold milk, and beat for another 2 minutes. Pour the melted chocolate at room temperature and 2 min. whips. Put cream in pastry bag and decorate cupcakes. The cream holds its shape.
