Description

Cookies
I don't buy store-bought cookies, pastries, cakes and pastries. Prefer to make sweet tea myself. But one day I came to visit a friend and brought a bright packet of biscuits with raisins. We sat down to drink tea, and I out of curiosity tried the cookie. Cookies surprised me with its balanced flavor, savory, with a touch of tartness from the raisins and crunchy and crumbly! I present to you a home recipe for this wonderful cookie cooked in two ways.

Cooking

step-0
Prunes cut into cubes
step-1
Mix the dry ingredients
step-2
Add sunflower oil "Oleyna", hands grind the dry mixture with the butter until pea-sized crumbs.
step-3
Add milk. Milk may need a little more or a little less, see the consistency of the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
step-4
Over time roll the dough into a rectangle, roll out as thin as possible you need. The dough is fragrant, pliable, does not stick to hands, work with it just.
step-5
On one side of the rectangle put the prunes
step-6
The second cover part and a little more roll out. Cut into strips.
step-7
Lay out cookies on a baking sheet and send in a preheated 180 degree oven until Browning.
step-8
I made a half portion of biscuits, so I was a bit. Technology of biscuits with butter is the same. The dough was more sweet, and the cookies come out lighter. Choose the option that you like more.
