Description
Greek dish "of Uvezi" using the pasta "Orzo", very similar to the large figure. The meat in this dish you can use any -beef, lamb, pork, chicken. In all variants it turns out very TASTY!

Cooking
Meat (sliced) rinse, wipe dry with a paper towel. In a little olive oil to fry the meat on all sides.
