Fish pie with a lattice
Delicious pie for lunch or dinner. To say that it's delicious is an understatement. We have to go and cook, to verify how delicious it is.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fish

    450 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

Carrots and onions wash clean. Onion cut into cubes. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. In a pan melt the butter and sauté on medium heat onions and carrots until soft. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables, stir and simmer 1-2 minutes.

Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences and scalded with boiling water, let stand for 3 minutes. Add milk and cream, season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5 minutes until thick sauce.

Next fresh fish cut into pieces, add to vegetables and simmer for another 2 minutes. Add broccoli.

In the form 20 30 place the gas station.

Puff pastry cut into equal stripes.

On top place strips of dough in the form of weaving. Beat egg and using a brush to smear the stripes. Bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200g. until Golden brown test. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve. Bon appetit!
