Semolina pancakes
Tender, hearty, healthy pancakes. The taste can think what there is in the cheese.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Take semolina Semolina.

In boiling milk trickle pour semolina and stirring constantly, cook for, respectively, porridge. Not too thick.

Cooled a bit. Add in the cereal flour,

Yolks, butter, salt, well-bred weight yogurt. If the rice is thick, then stir better blender.

Add separately beaten egg whites. Stir it carefully. And bake pancakes on a frying pan.
