  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

  • Cilantro

    3 sprig

  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the head of garlic crosswise in half, lay on squares of foil, wrap and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
