Garlic sauce
Thick, velvety and fragrant. This sauce is prepared from the most simple ingredients but is able to decorate any dish - meat, vegetables. Even just spread on bread it turns out very tasty. The recipe lean.


  • Garlic

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

  • Cilantro

    3 sprig

  • Salt


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the head of garlic crosswise in half, lay on squares of foil, wrap and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Baked garlic cool slightly, squeeze out of the husk in the bowl of a blender, add the chopped herbs, oil, salt. Whisk until smooth.
