Warm salad with chickpeas and pumpkin
This hearty Silat consists of two main ingredients - chickpeas and pumpkin are the perfect complement to each other. Lean and nepolnye option has a filling. Lovely dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pumpkin

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Yogurt

Cooking

Soak overnight chickpeas. Surfaced grains to throw away. The swollen grains are washed with water and cook for approx. 45 min., until tender. Rinse with cold water. Drain chickpeas in a strainer and let it dry.

Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes

Form for baking grease with oil and put the pumpkin cubes in a single layer, add the vegetable broth (I baked it in 2 forms, therefore, the quantity of broth increased)

Add salt a little bit. Bake in the oven at 200*C for 20 min.

Drop the pieces of pumpkin balsamic cream. Continue to bake 5-10 min.

Red onion cut into rings, add to the pumpkin, stir, bake another 5 min.

The pumpkin mix with the chickpeas. Season the salad with olive oil. Base.

In lean add salt, balsamic and herbs as desired (cilantro)..

In apostou part - small cubes of feta (cheese) and optional natural yoghurt.
