Bulgarian pepper to wash and dry.
Whole fry in vegetable oil on all sides.

Put in the container. Add salt on top to squeeze out the garlic.
Cut tomatoes into slices,fry and put on pepper. Sbryznut the whole thing with vinegar and sprinkle with chopped parsley.Give a little brew and take with you on nature....
