Cooking
Prick the eggplant in several places with a fork. Put in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Put in a preheated oven at 220°C and bake for 10-15 minutes. Then flip them over, cook another 10 minutes, until soft. Willing to test, puncture a vegetable knife. The eggplant should take small, preferably young, so they are not bitter.
While baked eggplant, make the sauce. Pickled cucumber (one) to grate, juice drained. I use pickled cucumbers TM "6 acres" "crunchy Cucumbers".
In yoghurt (or low fat sour cream) add grated cucumber, mustard and chopped dill. Mix well.
Eggplant ready. Cool them for a few minutes. If you don't favor eggplant in the skin, remove it, it will not be easy.
While the eggplants are cooling, fry the sausages on the grill or in a frying pan.
Slightly cooled eggplant cut lengthwise, but not completely. Deploy. (as a book), a little salt. Lubricate the two halves of each eggplant sauce.
Put sliced cucumber rings. Cucumber-put the sausage.
Close each eggplant, almost crushing him. Put the eggplant in a suitable form plump to each other. Form to lay the foil (I do this to then form not to wash...)
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated 200°C oven for 10-12 minutes.
You're done! Serve "hot dogs" of eggplant with remaining sauce.
