Julien from shrimp with white wine

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    15 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Dry white wine

    0.333 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Curry

    1 tsp

Finely chop the onion

Fry curry in 1 tbsp oil until Golden brown

Shrimp defrosted, sprinkle with lemon juice, add to the onions, mix well.

In another pan, fry the flour in 2 tbsp oil until brownish color. While stirring, pour a thin stream of milk, then the wine, add the nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Mix with shrimp, lay on the cocotte

Sprinkle with grated cheese and put under hot grill for 3-4 minutes so cheese is melted and browned. Serve with white wine
