I love to experiment with pork chops, I think in that they are not zapadores – it will be awesome delicious. Give you another taste of my experiment.

Cooking
Pork cut into portions, repelling hammer.
Prepare the batter: whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and ketchup until smooth. Add chopped parsley and dill and grated on a fine grater cheese, stir. Add flour and knead until smooth, turns like the pancakes dough.
Take a chop, dip it first in flour, then in batter and fry on both sides in very hot olive oil (no smell).
Here these chops turned out very juicy, tasty and flavorful with a crispy crust! Help yourself!!! Bon appetit!!!
Served with boiled basmati rice, but I think the best fit here for some salad :-)
