Soup-puree of green peas
A delicate creamy soup catchy green color. For lovers to diversify their menu and to some extent surprise "eating". My family is a recent, but already managed to conquer our hearts. I will again repeat! The Source - "Deli". I made some adjustments based on the tastes of my family.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 kg

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients. Peel and cut the potatoes and onion.

Bring to a boil the chicken broth, let it boil potatoes until tender.

In parallel, fry in 1 tbsp butter with onion celery.

Fried onions and celery, pour in the broth with potatoes.

Wash (not defrosting) green peas, leave it for a while, to drain the excess fluid.

The remaining plums. the oil we fry our chicken (3-5 minutes).

Part of the polka dots leave.

The rest of the peas (a large part) is added to the finished broth with potatoes, onions and celery. Fail in 3-5 minutes.

In a blender, grind everything into a smooth puree.

Add the cream, put in the peas and salt to taste. Bring to a boil.
