Crispy iceberg lettuce, salted salmon, sun-dried tomatoes and poached egg together create the unique taste of the salad that will appeal to all without exception.

Salad cooked very simply - cut crispy iceberg.

The final touch is to cook the poached egg. The site has a lot of options, I'll describe the one that I use myself. Water bring to a boil, add a tablespoon of vinegar (9%), in a separate Cup to break the egg. I tried to beat at once in the pan, but I was not very good at it. Make a funnel with a spoon, pour in the egg and continue to stir at the far edge of the pan, so our egg is going in the bag. Remove egg with a slotted spoon and put in a salad. Pour a small amount of mustard and serve!
