Description
A favorite recipe from my mom. Now I cook them. Fragrant, ruddy zucchini in batter. Delicious, especially with sour cream sauce.

Mashed potatoes

0.5 cup

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients. Zucchini for this dish, I take a small to get a beautiful "slices". Milk for the dough must be at room temperature.
Cut zucchini. Salt a bit. You can add black pepper.
Prepare the dough. For this mix the milk, egg, instant mashed potatoes, and flour. Well whisk. The dough should get like liquid sour cream.
Drop each slice of zucchini in the batter and spread on a heated pan with sunflower oil. Fry on both sides until Golden brown. The zucchini I usually serve with sour cream sauce. Bon appetit!
