Aromatic and succulent kebabs made of chicken meat. The secret is the marinade for shish kebab with walnut, onion, garlic and aromatic spices. Be sure to try!

Cooking
Will prepare the food for the barbeque. The nuts dry on a dry pan to develop flavor. Ginger is needed in the powder.
First make the marinade for kebabs. In a blender grind the onion, garlic and walnuts.
Add spices, soy sauce Kikoman, 2 table. L. vegetable oil and blend again.
Add rest of the oil, season to taste with salt. Mix well.
Chicken breast cut into pieces with a side of about 3-4 cm.
Marinate in peanut marinade chicken breast slices. Mix thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Tightly strung the pieces of breast on wooden skewers. If cooking in the oven, the skewers need to soak in water for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the grill pan. Fry kebabs until Golden brown on all sides. Serve skewers with spicy tomato sauce, with vegetables and herbs.
