Bulgur with eggplant
This is a simple hearty dish nice variety to Your Lenten table. It is not only tasty, but also energizes and nourishes with vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bulgur

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    4 sprig

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Eggplant cut into cubes, onion half-rings.

Fry with oil on high heat 7 minutes.

Add the crushed garlic, cinnamon, soy sauce. For this dish I use naturally brewed Sweet soy sauce Cccamp.

Fry about 3 minutes. Add bulgur.

Pour a glass of boiling water and cook on slow fire under a cover until complete evaporation of water.

Serve with greens.
