Meatballs
The name of this recipe was invented by my husband. This dish is very delicate, tasty and it can be safely given to the kids.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Meat with onions to crank through a meat grinder 2 times. In the stuffing beat the egg, add the flour, salt and pepper.

All knead well. From the resulting meat to form meatballs.

Omit them in boiling water and boil until they float. With a slotted spoon to take the meatballs from the water and put one in oiled muffin tin. ( I have a silicone mold). In each recess add the diced sweet pepper on the edges.

Beat the eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper and pour the resulting mass meatballs with pepper.
