Cooking
Rice and broccoli I cooked in the steamer. Rice poured with boiling water, salt, add turmeric and put in a steamer for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes from start boiling rice added a layer with broccoli.
While cooking the rice, make the sauce. Finely chop the herbs, pour the cream, add grated cheese. Salt, pepper.
Rice and broccoli is ready! Stir the rice, pour soy sauce, pepper, if necessary, doselevel. Spread in a baking dish in layers. Rice - broccoli - rice - broccoli.
Cover with the sauce. And put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for 15-20 minutes.
