My version of grub is prepared from mutton with satsibeli sauce - insanely delicious! the husband says, "in the restaurant!!!!"

Ingredients

  • Drain

  • Sauce

Cooking

cook lamb for 1.5 to 2 hours

rice, plums, salt, pepper and cook for another 30 min.

sauce add 5-10 minutes before end of cooking. Before serving, sprinkle kharcho chopped cilantro, dill and parsley! Bon appetit!!!
