Description

Fish pickle
The soup turns light and tasty. Very simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Water bring to a boil. Clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes, leave one whole potato. Throw the potatoes in the pot, including a whole.

When a potato is cooked we mash with a fork.

Onions and carrots lightly saute in vegetable oil and throw in the water, cook for 10 minutes and throw the cucumbers.

Cucumber peel and RUB on a coarse grater.

Canned mash with a fork and drop into the soup, keep on low heat for 5 minutes.

Then add spices to taste. You can add more tomato paste on the fan(if the soup turned out sweet, then add 1 tbsp of vinegar). Here's a flavorful and quick rassolnik.
