Casserole of buckwheat flakes with spinach
Very unusual decision for a hearty Breakfast or even a quick dinner. An unusual combination of spinach and buckwheat, seasoned with a good pinch of nutmeg and cheese. Mmm!

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Meat

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. On a heated with vegetable oil stew the onions (salt and pepper) until transparent

Add the spinach. If it is fresh, then hold for literally 1 minute so that the spinach is warmed. Well, if frozen, as I have, that will have to wait a couple of minutes

In a Cup mix the soft cheese, grated on a fine grater solid and ground nutmeg.

Buckwheat flakes pour boiling water in a 1:1 ratio, add salt and leave to swell.

Meanwhile, mix spinach mixture with cheese, add chopped walnuts.

On the bottom portion of the form for baking put any cooked meat, ham ( I braised the heart). This step can be completely skipped - the casserole is self-sufficient and without the addition of meat products (I'd have the husband did not understand )))
