I have exhibited this recipe, but it was without photos. So today when I made this delicious salad, I decided to put this, but the one I'll take. It turns out spicy and delicious salad. Perfect for any holiday table.

Put 2 quarts of water to boil. The water is boiling, turn off and put our funchoza for 10 min. Put in a colander and drain the water. Onion cut into small cubes. Then passeruem it in vegetable oil.
Sweet pepper and cucumber cut into strips. Add to the onions first, peppers after 5 minutes, the cucumber. They should be slightly softened, but should not lose color.
The garlic will grate on a fine grater, greens finely chop. Now mix the noodles with the vegetables, garlic and herbs. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, you can add a little vegetable oil. Give the salad to cool and infuse. BON APPETIT!!!
