Vegetable salad with seafood
Certainly, the site has something like this recipe. But it is a lean option, and another reminder that in the Post too, you can eat varied, tasty and healthy. Seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, etc.) allowed the Church to use on Saturdays and Sundays. Soy cheese and Tofu will replace our usual! The number of ingredients, of course, can be changed to your taste. The salad is very tasty and will be relevant not only during Lent.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

  • Tofu

    50 g

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Clean the carcass of squid dipped in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes. Remove. It is possible to cool under cold water.

Shrimp are also dipped in boiling water, when it boils, turn off the gas, give it a minute to stand up and drain.

Cucumber and tomato cut into thin half circles.

Squid cut into thin strips (half rings). Stacked in a salad bowl and freshly-ground pepper blend pepper (or just pepper)

The squid put a layer of cucumbers, sprinkle it with finely shredded greens.

Next, a layer of tomato, pepper it, and top with shrimp. Pour soy sauce on top (evenly).

Tofu cheese RUB on a grater and sprinkle the salad on top.

On the edge of the salad, sprinkle with pine nuts. It turns out very tasty, healthy, fresh salad. In principle, it is possible to fill vegetable or soy mayonnaise, but I believe that without it tastier and healthier. Bon appetit!
