Croutons salad
I suggest to try the French toast for Breakfast. They come out very tasty, juicy, nutritious and rich in vitamins, which are so necessary to us now. Of course cook them on a weekday is a bit time consuming, but at the weekends you can treat your family a delicious Breakfast. Such salad sandwiches can be offered as afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • Baton

    4 slice

  • Ham

    4 slice

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Basil

    1 pinch

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Greens

    3 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Butter mixed with Basil. Slices of the loaf to grease both sides with oil and fry in a pan until light Golden brown.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry paper towel, wrap in foil with slices of garlic. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

For the filling in a bowl pour sunflower oil, vinegar, soy sauce, squeeze the roasted garlic, salt and pepper. Beat with a blender until smooth.

Tomato cut into small pieces. Finely chopped herbs. In a bowl put the canned beans, tomatoes and greens. Roasted red pepper cut into julienne strips and add to the bowl with the salad. Add the dressing and mix well.

On a small amount of olive oil fry the slices of ham on both sides.

Then fry the eggs fried egg, a little salted.

On fried croutons put first the lettuce, then place on top chopped lettuce.
