Description
I have a recipe a favorite marinade for fish based on honey, which is used for many years. And then I fantasized and found an alternative replacement for the honey - lemon jam. The result just amazed me and my household, it was so delicious. Maybe someone uses this change in case you don't like honey, or have contraindications to it, or just not available.

Cooking
For making use any fish of the salmon species. I have our far East sockeye salmon. Fish clean, cut into steaks, thickness of about 1.5 cm.
Prepare the marinade using the lemon jam from "Mahe".
For the marinade ginger RUB on a small grater, garlic finely chop.
Mix: olive oil and sesame oil, grated ginger, chopped garlic. Squeezing the juice of lemon. Add: salt, sweet dry paprika, pepper, red chili and lemon jam from "Mahe". Mix everything.
Liberally RUB the steak with the marinade.
Put the steaks in a form (I have two) for baking and leave to marinate for about an hour.
Sprinkle the steaks (optional) coriander seeds or mustard, you can sesame seeds. Sent in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 30-40 minutes for roasting, but do not desiccate.
Serve the finished salmon steaks with lettuce. Bon appetit!
