The allgäu cabbage krapfen

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    520 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Fat

    3 Tbsp

  • Broth

    350 ml

  • Brisket

    100 g

Cooking

Flour, eggs, 1 tbsp oil, salt and water knead quickly into a dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
