I love this dough - the minimum amount of yeast, the quality is weightless, fluffy, delicious dough suitable for baking - both sweet and savory. Today treated to scones with cherry and strategem, and scones with cream cheese and smoked (which was a pseudo-Suluguni). Love to play tea with that pastry!
