Soup
In the heat of summer there is generally not desirable. Or if there is a light and non-greasy. Just for this case and will fit my soup :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Noodles

    1 handful

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Greens

Cooking

So, cook the broth from the bones. Salt. It is non-greasy, but the chicken flavor is, and some:)

Meanwhile, peel potatoes and cut into strips.

But the bulb will drop right in like this. We throw when digested. Just the soup, not fried and boiled onions...brrrr!

Drop in your broth, the potatoes, onion and 10 minutes later a little lapchick pour.

Ready soup poured on plates, put the cut along the boiled egg, sprinkle with herbs. I don't add in the soup or spices, or fat. It is light and tasty. Bon appetit :)
