Description

Wet Apple pie
Base-a layer of apples on top of the layer of dough, after baking filled with creamy nut mixture, giving the cake a unique taste. The words are not mine, and the author of the recipe (accountant Sofia), but I completely agree!!!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1.25 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

Cooking

Peel the apples and cut into slices.

Mix apples with cinnamon. Spread sliced apples in 2 layers on the bottom of a greased form.

Mix in a bowl the eggs, sugar, Rast. oil and flour with baking powder.

Vystelim the dough on top of apples. Bake approximately 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

In a small saucepan on a small fire heated the butter with the sugar until dissolved. Add the nuts and stir.

When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven (the oven does not turn off) and cover on top of the butter-nut mixture.

Return the pie back into the oven, turn it off and keep it off in the oven pie Yeshe 30 minutes Bon appetit and tea!!!
