Description
So it is possible to make any salad! I saw this design from Olga Babych and decided to try this decoration. Very original - the children are carried off the straw, and adults left lettuce.

Cooking
All the vegetables and boil eggs. Potatoes cut into small cubes. Cut onion into quarter-rings and pickle: 0.5 liters of warm water, 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 4 tsp. of vinegar. The rest of the vegetables RUB on a coarse grater. On a platter spread layers : 1 layer – potatoes;
2 layer – pickled onions;
3 layer – beets
+ garlic; 4 layer – carrot;
5 layer – eggs;
6 layer – cheese
Each layer add salt and coat with mayonnaise. Make a tent out of straws. So the straw is not off, its a bit smeared with mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
