Dumplings in a cream sauce
Try it and you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Minced chicken

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 ml

  • Spices

Boil a glass of buckwheat to the state of "almost ready": 1 Cup oats + 1.5 cups of water, cool.

Add to the buckwheat stuffing and two eggs.

Add the onion. I was crushed with a blender. It turns out finely and the juice is stored in the bow, which gives richness to the dumplings themselves.

Add salt, pepper, dried dill (or Your favorite spices). Mix well.

Formed cutlets and fry until Golden on each side.

When all done cooking yet, put back in skillet and pour sour cream + pinch of salt + 5 tbsp water (depends on gustoy of sour cream) and simmer for 15 minutes.
