Terrine of chicken and pork with Apple
There are lots of recipes terrine and clearance. I want to offer another very simple and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Bacon

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dessert wine

    30 g

  • Rosemary

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the necessary products.

The chicken breast I also twisted in a meat grinder in the meat. Ham cut into small pieces. Mix chicken, pork, ham, spices. Add the egg, wine, soy sauce "Kikkoman". Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
