The dough of these pies, it turns out insanely delicious and very easy to prepare. Toppings you can choose according to taste.

Cooking
From Kislyak, eggs, butter and flour knead the batter. I helped my favorite blender. Add salt and soda, mix well. The dough will be too liquid, but it is and should be.
You then prepare the filling. I had the usual: steamed Kale + grilled sausage and...
... potato puree + liver pate + fried onions. You can use any filling of your choice ( beef, eggs, mushrooms...).
Then, in molds, pour 1 tbsp of dough, then about 1 tsp of the stuffing on top and pour 1 tbsp of dough. (this is for small molds). Leave a little space in the mould to raise. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds or sunflower seeds.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees to blush.
