Oatmeal with Apple juice
This Breakfast option, of course, the maiden. Hearty, easy and delicious. No need to cook in sugar and butter. And the result is evident. In the literal and figurative sense))

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple juice

    120 ml

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Berry

Just specify that on the water too, it works great. Apple juice is very hot, but avoid boiling. Pour it over the cereal, cover and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes.

Walnuts, coarsely chop, Apple RUB on a small grater.

In steamed flakes to add grated Apple, nuts and yoghurt.

Delicious with any berries, even frozen.
