Buckwheat porridge with cedar sauce
Delicious, crumbly porridge, spiced with aromatic and delicious cream sauce with pine nuts.

Ingredients

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cook porridge to Measure the right amount of cereals. Rinse in cold water. Drain the water. Cereal a little dry.

Fry grits in hot oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Buckwheat due to the roasting is shiny and crumbly.
