Cooking
The ingredients for soup. Clean all the vegetables, the zucchini, remove the seeds with pulp.

Zucchini and onions cut into cubes, carrots three on a coarse grater. In a pan heat oil, fry the onion three minutes, add carrots, three minutes, then mix the zucchini with the carrots and onions, pour 2-3 tbsp of the broth from the pan and stew for 15 minutes.
Steamed vegetables put in a blender, whisk, if not whipped, add a few tablespoons of broth.
Pour the vegetable puree in a pan, add cheese, pepper, turmeric, allow to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
