Salad
Tasty salad of canned fish, fried mushrooms, carrots and onions. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Carrots to clear, RUB on a grater, fry in vegetable oil.

Onions clear and finely chop, fry until Golden brown.

Wash mushrooms and fry them whole.

Peel the potatoes, boil, mash with a fork, cool.

At the bottom of the bowl to spread any canned fish (I had salmon, a humpback salmon), after the oil drain, mash with a fork.

Put the potatoes, salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Next, a layer of fried onions.

The top layer of roasted carrots, salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with finely chopped greens, mushrooms put hats up, slightly widening legs.
