Potato tartlets
Decided to call it cakes, because the composition is very reminiscent of everyone's favorite salad. Are prepared quickly and easily! The idea from the magazine "School of Gastronome" (a bit modified). For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Fish fillets

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings and pour the marinade: 1 tbsp. vinegar mixed with 1 tbsp sugar for 30 minutes.

Boil separately the potatoes and beets. Cooled, clean.

Grind the beets in a blender.

Add the cream, salt and I added more to the visual a little mayonnaise.

Potatoes cut into slices thickness of about 1 cm put the beet mass, a piece of herring and decorate with the pickled onions. Bon appetit!
