Cooking
Opara. In warm milk dissolve yeast, add sugar, flour and stir. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Dough. Butter room temperature, combine with sugar and beat with a mixer.
Add the eggs and salt. Beat.
Add the orange zest, curd and beat well. If You don't like the grains of curd in baking, I have to pre-grind any convenient way for You (I prefer blender). Add the yeast mixture and stir.
Add 2/3 of the flour, stir and gradually introduce the remaining flour. It may need less or more, depending on the manufacturer and the quality of flour. It took me a 360g.
The dough put in a warm place for 1 hour before increasing in volume.
Divide the dough into 9 equal parts, each of which roll into a ball. Spread out on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and put it in the proofing at least 40 minutes. Before baking the workpiece to coat with melted butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven. Finished rolls to cover with cold milk and cover with a towel. Let rest for 10 minutes and you can begin drinking tea or coffee drinking.
