Description
Love jellied pies, because they are prepared quickly and can replace hot at dinner. Usually, the dough near the pie, represents the liquid mass. This recipe used puff pastry, but the filling is a mixture of sour cream, cheese, eggs and seasoning Maggi. Dressing allows us to give a spicy taste of the finished pie.

Cooking
First you need to prepare the stuffing. For this you will need chicken mince or chop in a blender, along with onion and garlic. Beef and chicken mince together, and season with salt.
In the beef add the oatmeal and knead, combining the products into a single mass.
Form of ready-made beef meatballs (my meatballs 1 weight = 50 grams). Roll them in flour.
Fry meatballs on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Until ready to bring them is not necessary, as they zagotovte time baking in the oven.
The remaining 2 onions peel and finely chop. Fry until light Golden brown and remove from heat.
For filling, whisk eggs, then add sour cream and cheese. Mix well.
Season with salt to taste, add the Maggi dressing for the pickle, mix well.
Puff pastry roll out into a thin layer and put in a baking dish (I shape diameter 24 cm). Dangling edges are not cut!
At the bottom of the form, put browned onions, and then evenly distribute the meatballs.
Hanging edges of puff pastry to join at one point. Turns out that part of the meatballs will be under test and the other part outside. Grease the pie with beaten egg and put bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Cook until Golden brown (approximately 30-40 minutes).
Serve hot or warm. Bon appetit!
